Raj and Pratibha needed a measured survey and existing drawings for a house in Romford. They also asked us to include the detached garage.

We agreed the scope and sent a simple breakdown showing:

• Measured survey
• Existing plans and elevations
• Total price

Once their client approved the job, we offered a few dates. We then agreed a survey window around midday. We sent the invoice, and the first payment confirmed the survey slot. We also shared the surveyor’s contact number so the client could let him in on the day.

After the visit, we finished our checks and sent a draft drawings pack to Pratibha for review. When Raj paid the remaining amount, we sent:

• Final DWG and PDF drawings (house and detached garage)
• Site photos (and video where available)
• A payment receipt

Raj’s team then saved everything on their server and could start their design and structural work straight away.
