Ravi asked us for a measured survey and existing drawings for a house in West London. He needed clear plans and elevations and wanted the survey booked in quickly around his client’s availability.
We first confirmed the scope and sent a simple fee breakdown within the agreed budget range. Once Ravi agreed, we booked a survey date for the following week and issued the invoice. After payment, we confirmed the appointment, shared the surveyor’s contact details and gave an arrival window so Ravi and his client could plan around it.
On the day, there was a delay with the surveyor’s arrival, which caused frustration for the client. We apologised, explained the reason for the delay and kept Ravi updated until the surveyor arrived and completed all the required work inside the property.
After the visit, we let Ravi know that the drawings were nearly finished and going through our internal checks. We then sent a draft drawings pack for review. Once the invoice was fully paid, we released:
- Final DWG and PDF drawings
- Site photos and video
- A payment receipt and download link
Ravi now has a full, accurate set of existing drawings ready to use for his client’s design and planning work.
