The Challenge

The client needed a measured survey and an existing drawing set for a residential property in Worcester Park, to support a proposed garage conversion and internal opening-up works. Access had to be coordinated around multiple parties’ availability, with a workable arrival window agreed in advance to keep the visit practical on the day.

Scheduling was sensitive because the team was managing a tight diary and the client’s availability was limited to specific dates and time windows. The survey slot was arranged with an expected arrival range, and the team requested a named contact on site to ensure smooth entry and coordination if anything changed at short notice.

As the project progressed, a delay occurred due to workload pressures. Clear updates were provided to the client, acknowledging the slippage and setting expectations for when the drawing pack would be returned with progress.

Once the review stage was complete, the final drawing package and related project files were issued, including CAD and PDF outputs and site photographs, so the client team could move forward with design coordination and next steps.
